This Oreo mug cake only uses two ingredients and is cooked in the microwave, making it the perfect sweet treat for students living in their dorms or those needing a quick cake fix. The flexible nature of the recipe means that anyone can customize it to suit their tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (any kind)
- Milk (any kind)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, crumble 6-7 Oreos into small pieces. The smaller they are, the easier it will be to mix.
- Add in about 5 tbsp of milk.
- Mix into a cake-like batter. If the mixture is too crumbly, add in milk until it achieves the proper texture. If the mixture is too watery, add Oreos until a suitable texture is achieved.
- Add in chocolate chips and more Oreo pieces (optional).
- Microwave at standard power for 1-2 minutes or until top is firm and dry.
- Remove from microwave and let cool to desired temperature.
- Enjoy!
