Despite Rain, ALS Walk Carries On

The rain didn’t stop Central Connecticut’s Phi Delta Theta and the Student Government Association from hosting their annual ALS Walk on Sunday, with organizer German Rojas estimating that more than 50 people came to show their support by participating.

“Honestly, I think even with the weather constraints, the turn-out was great. I owe it to my brothers and their families for coming out. Because of them, it was a success,” Rojas said.

The event aimed to raise money for the ALS Association.
