The Student Government Association meets every Wednesday at 3:05 p.m. in Bellin A and B in the Student Center. These briefs are from the SGA’s meeting on Nov. 14. There was no meeting Nov. 21 on account of Thanksgiving break.

• The Academic Affairs Committee will be following a previously-failed proposition in the Faculty Senate to make CALC 2 a prerequisite to University Physics, with Chair Johanna Zukowski saying the requirement will put students in a “difficult” position.
• The Student Life Committee will bring all “Competition for a Cause” donations to Maria’s Place.
• The SGA’s retreat is planned for Jan. 4 to 6.
