Poem: To My Lost French Lover
September 28, 2020
Spiderman,
Tangled in the webs I bought
Paradoxical freedom
Enticed by my sweet vice babe
Printed page shadowboxed rage
Seven deadly Sunday praise
Seven blamed anointing’s rain
Trialed graves at bus stop rain
Cemented New Roman stone
Eiffel chained bridges unfold
Capped in your cycle pleasures
Rainbow mirrored ginger beard
Drowning mystified brick tears
Feared intimate peers
Let’s see, give me ten more years
