Women’s Happy Hour

The Ruth Boyea Women’s Center has been having a busy month full of events, one of which being Women’s Happy Hour.
Women’s Happy Hour was a networking event for women faculty, staff and students, which was held in the Connecticut Room of Memorial Hall.
Several topics were discussed at the event, one of which being jobs and sizes of companies that students would want to work for. Women’s Center Director Jacqueline Cobbina-Boivin believes she can advise young women to consider starting their careers in small companies first rather than big companies.
Several different sandwiches were offered for to attendees.
